Prostrate before the standard
Unfortunately the game against Boddington this weekend had to be cancelled due to a lack of players. 3 of whom could probably have made the match but considering that they went out on a stag night on saturday night probably wouldn’t have been much good anyway.
Full marks to Peter in attempting to get more players, lying prostrate before the standard in the hope of divine intervention. It just wasn’t to be. Maybe the standard requires a higher level of prostration, naked maybe?
